i thought the story line was majorly dumb
y did they make that poor child die in the end to prove their point and make sulah b/w reema and shaan?
and was that mom reema’s real mom in the movie? which mom is so mean that she would try to cause to break her own daughter’s marriage??? i just dint get that part
shaan’s mom played a really good role waise
reema’s acting was really good. shaan cant act to save his life. he just CANNOT do emotional scenes. boht fake lagtay haen.
overall waise the movie is cheesy and some sad parts in the middle but good entertainment.
can’t agree more about “mr self imposed hunk of lollywood” shaan’s pathetic display at acting and he was complainig when no 1 recognised him in mumbai during a commercial trip.
btw, is nikah the film which has the song “resham ka hai lehenga mera..” if so i like it
luc kya really no one recognised shaan in mumbai and so he was complaining abt this? oh God
hmm dont recall watching the song, actually i didnt watchthe movie from beginning to end, but its the movie where reema and shaan are married, then reema goes back to her mother’s house, and their only child a boy gets a disease and dies in the end. thats the one.
i haven't seen nikah just watched that song i thought it was from nikah. well i mean u look @ shaan and u feel like running a mile i don't blame the clever indian citizens'
Ive seen the movie. Pakis make movies overly emotional in the end. Hate that! Did u see how reema smacks her own amma in the movie? Gosh that was pathetic!
I saw it couple of years back. It was very low-brow fare. No sophistication or class, very cliched stuff. BUT the point driven home at the end was pretty realistic and true to life. Not bad, but they could have done it in a much much better way.
