is nikah on phone valid? also, lets say 1 gets it done on the phone, can the person do it again when they meet in real?

It is valid and is recognized by most of the scholars around the world. Not sure if getting it done again is required.
on the side note and as a word of advise, if you don't know the person/family personally, don't do the nikah over the phone. :)
