Ok this is a serious question guys...so please!
I have known a guy for 5 years now. We want to get married but the problem is I am in the usa and he is in Saudi Arab. He can't go to pakistan right now because of some saudi laws n ikama stuff. I can't go to Saudi because only relatives can sponsor people, can't go for umra because I dont have a mehram with me. Okay so we decided that we should get nikah-fied over the phone. But I have no clue how to go about this or wheather it will help us with the paper work or not? Like if I want to sponsor him to USA and stuff. Can any of you shed some light on this? Thanks! :)

seems everything is working against you - but you still have your mind set on this guy.
What makes you think once you are nikahfied - it will be an easier process for you or him to get together.
