heyy girls and boys(if any), i need a recipe for nihari! My dad’s birthday’s coming up and i wanna cook him a really yemmy pakistani breakfast. BTW i hate pressure cookers so i wanna cook the long way.
P.S. if anyone also has a recipe for naan, you’ll be a lifesaver, because i saw this picture and i’m soo recreating this!!

well my aunt makes very delicious nihari, but i use to make it wid "SHAN masala" coz i m not expert
i ate nihari somewhere ...ussmai sirf 2 cheezain dulti hain jo nihari ka taste deti hain and rest ur normal masalay aur itniiiiiiiiiiiiiii juldi bunnay wali wo b normal pan mai...i didnt ask for the recipe even :-/
