Hello Guppies!
Anyone here doing night shifts? I am in a hospital atm. trying to hide away from work! lol
Its 0242 now. just about 5 hours left! Nights are good to survive the long british Ramadan!!

I would hate night shifts.. I had second shift at one point in my life and I was scared to leave the building alone at 12AM :(

you would be scared too… if you heard that behind those bushes, across the parking lot, was crime spot… meaning all mafia would think it’s a good place to hide/throw bodies. I don’t know if this was for real but that’s what I was told. 
So I would have this guy walk with me to the door and I would tell him to keep an eye on me until I get in the car and zoom by He did! How sweet!

That is very sweet of him!! I finish at 8am so no problems there! Only thing is i carry a pager so the supervisor can call me anytime and ask me what i am doing! lol I just want to sleep! Only reason i do is coz its is x2 the money of day shift!!
So 3 more nights to go!!

Yaar aloo i cannot see what u have posted as the hospital bans alot of stuff like videos and pictures.
Anyway, it is 0200 and I have not done one single thing!! lol

i never had a chance to do a night shift, but i did pull all nighters for school project.

i know how bad nights can be coz in summer months i have to go very early in the morning like 3 am to spray my babies with insecticide coz the wind is calm to minimize the cross-contamination of our trial crops :( people look at us and comment...hey, look at that dead man walking! hahaha

Yaar ajj ka to sara plan chopat ho gaya!! Sali meri supervisor mujhe apni page de ker soo gaye!! Mujhe sare hospital se phone a rahe hai!!!

Do you work 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off or nights through out the month? If you work some nights and some days, how do you get back to your regular sleep schedule?

Yaar I work for agency so no regularity. Last month I did 5 nights and it took me 1 week to recover! I got sleeping pills from GP to help me get into right rhythm!! I hate them but good money so only reason i do them!! But I am finished now so now "Mauja e Mauja"!!! lol
