I hv listen from my friend that someone who is in her neighbor is taking night dress of her mother for her marriage. It sound weird. any of u heard like that . Mother is giving her nighty to her daughter for marriage.

each to their own customs - don't want to knock it but personally i'd hate to wear something in which or which led to maybe my or my siblings inception!!

Never heard of this. Personally, I'd feel very awkard. I don't want to hear anything about my parents wedding night...which includes knowing what she wore that night!

no any custom or tradition. i also very shocked. friend told me her mother told herself kay yah tum lay jana main nay thou aik bar hi hardly pahni hogi.
shafoon ki tarak light cloth hai frill wali long nighty hai. thou main kya krni u hi lay jao. thou i thought emotional ho kr hi us nay haan ki hogi.
if u will be in such situation, wt u will do?

i find the mother giving her used nighty to her daughter to be inappropiate... i'd be traumatized! lol
