My father wants a NICOP card just like me. My mother also wants to renew hers. I am a man my wife is a pakistani citerzn. So what your saying I would qualify as head of the household?
Waiting 6 months? Was in done on paper and handed in at a bank habib maybe? I read a few people applying online with all there scanned in documents getting NICOP delivered all around the globe within 10 working days??
I got 4 NICOPs (myself, my wife and both my kids) within a month by applying online. That was pretty recent actually. The only problem is, if you are using credit card, you can't use the same credit for 30 days after paying for one NICOP. So you have to have four credit cards if you are applying for 4 NICOPs at the same time or wait for 30 days after you apply for one.
Also, if you are married, just declare yourself as a head of the house.
