If you get married to a guy in Pakistan, do you have to update your NICOP card?

I don't have a NICOP, but I do have a POC. As far as I know both of you would have to update your ID Cards, because the marital status is either mentioned on it or at least saved in NADRA's systems.
On top of that, the Pakistani ID Card mentions the husband's name rather than the father's name, when a woman gets married.
