I love reading Urdu, but man these fonts are giving me headache.....
From the comments I take it that topic is education.
Did you guys watch a video on youtube where they are showing a glimpse of future Pakistan how one University changed their policy for graduates to make it mandatory for ALL their students to teach a primary school for 6 months before they can be given a degree. I understand, not everyone has ability to teach.....but some sort of volunteering to support education could be implemented. I am wondering if any University in Pakistan is doing that?
Re: Nice..NICE.. finally some one with a vision.
Awesome.
It would be real help full, if students/professional from abroad can check on stuff in their related fields, in pakitna, once in a while.
They can offer a great deal of support.
BBQ
why dont you do that…
Re: Nice..NICE.. finally some one with a vision.
meh. Pakistani college students are cheeky I've heard. I'm 5' 5" I don't really stand a chance infront of all those gabru jawaans of poonjab. :D
On a serious note, I am all for volunteering. I've tutored in my college and in a private learning institute all through my undergrad... Now I'm about to start postgrad next month and one of the terms of the research contract state that I have to teach in college for 4 hours per week... There were about 4 other extracurricular activities that I voluntarily participated in, including the college's science society for which we actually had to fundraise money ourselves... the college gave us like 100 euros per annum for the society which obviously isn't enough to organise events for science students so we actually had to raise money ourselves... and this is exactly what's being proposed for Pakistani unis now .. well let's see if it works... We need reforms in the education system in Pakistan, thats for sure. I would volunteer in a pakistani school/college any day.
Re: Nice..NICE.. finally some one with a vision.
Ditto :k:
On the whole i totally agree with this view. Universities need to pull up thier sleeves and start fighting for whats ours.
Also it would really be amazing if all education could be delivered free as well as Students and graduates helped into work by the governement but then i might well dream on…
Re: Nice..NICE.. finally some one with a vision.
nahh no way pakistan will bring in free fees, heck Ireland is thinking about taking away the free fees!
They’ve also increased the reg fees from 900 euros to 1500 euros and now they’re thinking of bringing it up to 3000 euros ![]()
So Pakistani unis aren’t the only ones going through financial difficulties I guess.

While i live i shall cling to some hope no matter how unlikely it may be. ![]()
Besides it’s a cuase worth fighting for… as an old axiom say’s “Shoot for the moon, if you miss you’ll still hit among the stars”
