Imran Khan...I met him few years ago @ his hospital and he was very sweet. I was with my mamu and mom and they both met him but i was too shy so i was like standing in the corner. And when Imran khan saw me he said "Maham beta aa jao idhar..." which i thought was very sweet. And we took a pic with him too and just at that time we saw his sister and ex-wife walking into the office and she seemed pretty decent.
Earlier too, my brothers went to meet him @ his home many years ago i think when we won the world cup. But he was so sweet he meet them so nicely though they went pretty late lol. My elder bro is like a big Imran Khan fan so it was like a huge thing for him to meet him and get to spend time with him.
Aisam-ul-Haq seems like a nice, down to earth guy but his family is not esp the females (Wat is it with all these females:halo:)! LOL. My cousin is married into their family and our ex-neighbours were great friends with them so we have bumped into each other quite often. But unless they know you they wouldnt look eye to eye with you which is pretty rude and arrogant.
OK this pakistani cricketer...gosh i am so bad i keep forgetting his name evrytime i have to recall it...well anyways so when the Pak-india matches were goin on in lhr i went to the ticketmaster @ liberty in some hotel and there i met him and he was very nice. He asked the ticket master to let me go first since all the rest were males and i was waiting at the back. I thought that was very sweet so later i asked him for his autograph :).
The party organized at Royal Palm had an entry pass available only to Club members for Rs.8,000/- per person and was aimed to collect donations for the Earthquake victims. All members of the visiting Indian delegation headed by the Indian Cultural Minister Ms. Prodi including veteran Actor & MLA, Shatrogan Sinha, Mahesh Bhatt, Akbar Khan, Feroz Khan, Sanjay Khan, Fardeen & Natasha, Shashi Ranjan, Manisha Koirala, Kabir Bedi, Zulfi Syed, and many other socialites, politicians, bureaucrats, people from Pakistani Film industry were present on the occasion.
It was all glitz & glamour with Indian super stars mingling with their hosts and the affluent Lahorites, until, when Feroz Khan was invited on stage by our very own Fakhr-e-Alam. It was then that a highly drunk Feroz Khan started saying crap like “India is a great country; there’s no country like India”, “We are not killing Muslims, the truth is Muslims are killing Muslims in Pakistan”.
Later on, when Fakhr-e-Alam was interviewing Manisha Koirala, on asking a particular question, Feroz Khan leaped forward to have a fight with Fakhr-e-Alam. When the audience showed their dislike towards his behavior, his response was; “Shut up and listen to me”. His microphone was switched off.
At this moment Shatrogan Sinha handled the situation with a grace by addressing the gathering.
Feroz Khan again tried to get on stage and this time was interrupted by his brother Akbar Khan, who also is the maker of ‘Taj Mahal’. On this, Feroz went abusive towards his brother while shouting and calling people names.
I'd say those fking elites of Pakistan deserve this for paying to see some has-been loser of Indian film industry. I don't understand our people and their infatuation with Indians celebrities. Until and unless we show some self-respect, we can't expect it from others.
He gave him hell and asked him to leave Pakistan.. people say he dropped them off to the airport and had his visa put on ban so he never enters Pak again.
