Canadians are so sad as if their mother died or something. Nobody gives a rat's ass in the US or so I have heard. Greedy morons..serves them right. I wouldn't be surprised if the league doesn't last.

Seriously. The sport has zero ratings, obscene tix prices, and they can't decide whether they'll play or not. No other professional league has sunk so low.
Well, lets not be too rash. I don't think many in US are too too concerned. Canadians may just be. This was the only sport where they sometimes beat some US teams. Now that opportunity is also on hold for now. :)

The owners and PA are dumb. Its not like they were making billions before and now they are gonna lose even more money. They needed a shakeup, no doubt, but i don't think this will help them at all in the future. They certainly need to make the game exciting and the salary cap might do that. Maybe they should just fold the top six least money making teams in the league instead of trying to save them by dragging down other teams.

Its too damn bad the season got cancelled. I was really looking forward to watching some hockey again.
