im leaning towards either maple leafs, Detroit red wings or Montreal canadiens.

I was kidding - don't know much myself and haven't heard too many good things about the leafs. Although of these three pick one of the two Canadian teams. :D

The Leafs are consistently the bridesmaid of the league - always a bridesmaid, never a bride. But those of us who love them, bleed blue and white for them and we hateall of the teams that beat us.
