Helping hands is more effective in South asian countries in particular especially Pakistan.
Islamic Relief is run by people from Arab countries and most of their workers are from there too so that should be the way to go. My only problem with doing qurbani thru them is I dont know if they’ll be doing all the arrangements like the way we usually do for example taking names for whom its done, doing proper niyyah etc. I know we can do it in our heart but since its qurbani for eid not a sadqa i think the proper protocol should be followed
