Not officially anounced and not released by Intel, but as always somehow they got leaked out of Intel HQ.

Intel has announced to release a new CPU on 3 January 2006, it is code named “Yonah”. According to the french website which published these logo’s, the new CPU is going to be called “Core Solo” or “Core Duo” depending on the number of cores it has.

hahah new logos can't save Intel a$$ from being whooped by AMD.... maybe their marketing geniuses should retake some courses on pricing..

PA: I dont think AMD can do (or has done) any major damage to intel a$$.

amd still has to go a far way to match intel compatibility....
once u get to serious programn, amd almost always fails....
its only good for kids, for playing games and watching movies....
