It may sound impossible but it’s the truth Central Park in New York City, one of the busiest areas of the city, was completely cordoned off recently to allow.
A film unit to complete shooting without interruption. And the person who made it happen was film-maker Sajid Nadiadwala.
He got special permission from relevant authorities to cordon off the park for a few hours everyday for three consecutive days to wrap up.
The shoot of his forthcoming movie Anjaana Anjaani starring Priyanka Chopra and Ranbir Kapoor. Apparently many people had landed up to see Priyanka Chopra and Ranbir Kapoor shoot.
Since the movie was being shot in sync sound, their voices was damaging the recording. As a result none of the shots were usable.
A source says, “Priyanka and Ranbir had become the talk of the town. The shots in Central Park were essential as the film is set in New York.
And if you live in NY, it’s impossible that you don’t go to Central Park. Sajid had no option but to report the matter to the authorities as they were losing days and were on a packed schedule.
