New Years Resolutions

It’s that time of year where we all promise ourselves to lose weight, gain weight, become more built/toned, eat healthier etc. etc.

Please share your New Years resolution this year in terms of your health and fitness and what you plan on doing to accomplish those goals.

Mine:

  1. Start drinking more water :jhanda:
    and no more carbonated drinks everyday! Going on strike. Only one can of pepsi once a month will do, since I have been drinking soda more than water these days :smack:

  1. Get the MRI repeated at the earliest( how, I do not know yet, a lot of upper resp tract congestion that seems to attck seasonally, is pending things off)
  2. Start on Swank's diet ( its not to lose some weight, but is an MS diet)

to gain 8 to 10lbs quality weight.

to loose 20 to 30lbs quality weight :bummer:

to loose about 10-15 lbs
eat more healthy food i.e 5 fruit and veg a day
eat breakfast
rejoin Arabic classes

My resolution is to go back to doing circuit boxing.

exercise, drink more water, stay away from sugary junk (cookies)

have 3 proper meals a day, esp breakfast!

I'm half way there, been off cheesecake for 3 weeks now. :D

oh and more mountain biking.

Not good! My only resolution is to go to bed on time, and Ive had a terrible start so far! :hehe:

^ but its fun staying up! I can sleep within seconds of lying down, its just the ‘dragging myself’ to the bed part thats hard! :hehe:

eating icecream 4/5 scoops a day :hmmm:
