I want to teach my self to work out for life(finally) as oppose to work for the sake of work out or performance.
I want to learn how not work out like crazy and be lethargic all day, some thing my father wanted me to learn.
I need to learn how to carry level of fitness on, season after season, rather then working out camp style, where your goal are no further then 6-8 months.
I am going to enjoy work and let my natural/physical instinct guide me trough.
My Ultimate goal is to lose more weight as oppose to put on weight, as has been happening lately (rolleyes)
I hate the winter, i hate exercising, its too cold to do so :'( and i dont like drinking water or having fruits coz its cold :'( end result - i've put on 2 kilos and havent lost anything since october :'(
Need to start exercising atleast 3 times a week
Need to drink more water
Need to stop eating the junk that i've got myself back into eating.
Need to eat more fruits
Need to stop making excuses and stop blaming the weather for my weight gain :(
to be in the best possible physical shape ever, over the past year i went from loosing weight (10) to gaining 20.. so now i have to loose 20 all over again, i hope this year to make some changes in my life style READ: eating habits.
reward myself for all the hardworking years that I had. I believe that I deserved a break just for a week to spend more time to people whom I forget sometimes because of more days of work than be with them.
