Re: New year fitness resolutions

“Convict Conditioning” by Paul Wade is a good book. I torrented it back in Karachi and it was one of my go to resources while trying to learn a handstand.

Still don’t have the free handstand, but I can get my feet in the air pretty comfortably, balance is the only thing missing. It’s so much better than when I first started though. I could barely kick off the floor back then.

Re: New year fitness resolutions

We all need to learn to stand on our own feet. Not our hands.

PS what the heck is adangkokka makka

Re: New year fitness resolutions

RUN 5 miles marathon (non stop) and as of last Friday, I can only go a little over 3 miles.

Technically it cant be called new year's resolution coz I started working on it (and losing some weight) in last Sep but hey, on my first try I was only able to run half mile non-stop so I can see some progress :) So I m hoping to run 5miles by April-May timeframe

Re: New year fitness resolutions
