Time for politicians to unite on this vs. Army. This is not the right way of handling things, freedom of speech is needed. If politicians can get blamed every second of day, why cant some one say something about army ?
True and that is my beef with Imran. Since 2008 for whatever PPP did, PMLN and PPP and other politicians at least stood together to not get played by the Pakistani establishment. You call it muk muka or whatever, it worked in terms of long-term strategy of Civilian supremacy and then there comes lunatic who not only got played by Army and in the chaotic process he created so much chaos, blamed other institutions so much that Army took back control and yes we are Police state. The world has moved on and only civilians can deal with other Countries… Take Raheel and his uncontrolled foreign visits, since he snatched foreign policy, Pakistan was viciously attacked in US congress, isolation picked up, F 16 deals went down the drain, Do More continued or in simple words no one gives a $hit about Army Chief and his so-called foreign policy visits… Civilians cant do worse.
