The doctor who said there was no bullet marks found on her body, is either a totally confused or inapt examiner needs to have his license revoked.
The SUV was not moving..............so that a sudden stop caused her to hit her head or whatever his theory is....since the blast happened way after She had already dropped down into the car....
also the shooter was so close to her.....the bullet went completey through her neck.........
