nah the most you will find there is “Tibbet snow” and fair & lovely type products. 
Shampoo! who needs them when we have Multani mitti! and chickens laying fresh eggs. As for the fashion, well you can’t do much with ghagras, burqa and typical shalwar qameez there. :hinna:
hmm there are not many shopping centres and in some entrance is exclusive to foreign consulates, so unless you know some1 in Americam embassy, you will find yourself buying tibbat snow and fair & lovely; and of course ordering fresh eggs from local bakery. I would say stock up as much as you can. 
PS: you are moving to Islamabad not Tora Bora.
