I’m not very acquainted with the licensure process in Canada for foreign qualified lawyers, but what I do know is that your first step would be to apply for a Certificate of Qualification through the National Committee on Accreditation (NCA).
With your work experience though, you should be able to get quite a few exemptions from the traditional admission to the law society process.
Maybe you can get more info from: http://www.flsc.ca and I believe this is where you’ll find the application packages etc.
