for someone new to country…what kind of programs, or options are available to start your life here.

if one has a qualified background (mba in HR and marketing, age= 30 yrs), what kind of opportunites are available here…

i notice that for most people, they are qualified but lack in north american experience – how do you overcome that obsticle?

any suggestions?

You can do some volunteer work in the company that you want to join. When that company has a job opening they'll consider you first.
