I would add Uroosa Siddiqui to the list. She hasn't been given any meaty roles in larger projects due to her weight but she's done some good work in telefilms so far. I was glad to see that Marina Khan and co. gave her at least a prominent role in Takay ki ayegi baraat even though there wasn't much room per performance there.

Agree when i watch neeyat i didn’t like mahira much at times she was too stiff … and expressionless but in Humsafer she is quiet impressive.. Uroosa is also been very underestimated because of her weight .. however she is very talented actress watched her in many telefilms her role in Bawali beti by ARY was really impressive

Haissam Hussain did wonders with Daastan, but I don’t like his Asghari Akbari, Noorpur ki Rani and recent Kuch Pyar ka Pagal Pan bhi tha. I think, he should chose scripts with utmost care because crappy scripts will stand him in line with directors like Atif Hussain. He should also avoid lobbying (casting same actors in all projects) because Babar Javed is enough torture for us in this regard.

Dastaan works wonder his other projects are also good as far as “Akbari Asghari” was concern it was a light mood drama depending on one’s cultural and linguistic background too .. as many non-punjabi’s didn’t like it much… which is understandable fact.. however the only problem was pairing same couple Fawad + Sanam balooch , Fawad was very well fitted actually dominant from start to end Sanam which was spouse to be one of the leading female charter she was very “mathi” the only misfitted person in the drama .. i mean that’s understandable she was having linguistic issues and it was hard to wear a skin of unfamiliar culture’s charter but this is what the job of a good actor , she was totally clueless and at times really expressionless.
Yay true Haissam should be more careful about scripts, producers and casting as he is work with same producers, writers and actors over and over

Mishi Khan (Uroosa) is a wonderful actress. Her acting in Ajaibkhana is probably her best work todate. She, however, didn’t concentrate on her acting career due to singing, acting in movies, etc. She did a good job in PTV drama ‘Inteha’ too as an innocent village girl.

I think Nooman Jawed is a good addition too … he was quiet funny in “ballay ki balli” (hum tv ) eid play as well look good in "kaissay kahoon " in Geo atleast way better than Mikaal
