yes daily ....but u can change one of the exercises with other ..u dont have to do the same everyday ....this wont let u get bored plus the incredible abs by cindy withmarsh is a must for everyday :) i was 65 kg in three months with proper diet ( no starchy food ) n this workout i was 52 kg...yes u can eat ur normal food but try to limit the intake.......plus u can go for all soup day for once .......n go for brown bread and yes u can eat ur fav chocolate ...u need sugar in ur body for energy ...but dont overdo it
