Hi there,
I reckon it’d be quite cool if we can have a seperate place to discuss Pakistani music. There is tons of traffic on the forums of different bands like Junoon, Aaroh, Noori, Mizmaar etc. It’d be awesome if GUPSHUP can provide a single platform where fans of all these bands can get together and share views. Guys, it’d be an instant hit and i guarantee decent flow of traffic.

Shor Sharaba forum is for all entertainment-related discussions. At this point we don't intend to bifurcate it in Pak Music, Non-Pak music, Pak movies, Non-Pak movies, Pak dramas, Non-Pak dramas, so on and so forth. We will continue to monitor the interests of the members and whether it makes sense to have separate sub-fora or not.

I do not either. Splitting a forum into many sections is for those forums that are overloaded.
Shor sharaaba is definitely overloaded. I can understand that people who want to discuss rock music might stray away from the website, when the first 10 threads are on indian movies. But judging from the current screen:
21 threads on pak music
2 on pak celebrities
(23 total on paki entertainment)
12 total on anything indian related (one of which is negative of bollywood)
rest on american entertainment.
This forum is currently and usually dominated by Pakistani music. You guys should keep posting on those kind of subjects.
Besides, its good to have a forum where you can discuss any type of entertainment. It brings all kinds of people into the mix, and then you have a more diverse group of critics!
