I want to open a new school in Pakistan. Its a dream i’ve always had to impart QUALITY education, at Mid-High school level. I’ve ,Alhamdullilah, had the best education Dubai had to offer (I’m from Pak but live in Dubai) and would do the same for my brothers and sisters over there.
Mission : Imparting engaging education.
Vision : Excellence in education for all.
Its just an idea at an infant stage which I pray to Allah to make it successful.
I’m looking for suggestions from you girls and guys for this initiative.

What should encampass “education”
What you missed or would have liked to have/had in your school.
How should i go about setting up a school.
I am an A grade students so are all my siblings. Belive me, my prime motive is to provide that happiness of an all A score card to all students in my school.
In the hadeeth of Aboo ad Dardaa’, may Allaah be pleased with him, 'The Messenger of Allaah - sallallahu alaihe wa-sallam - said:
“He who treads a path in search of knowledge Allaah will direct him to tread a path from the paths of Paradise. The Angels lower their wings for the student of knowledge in approval of what he does. All in the heavens and earth and the fish in the depth of the water seek forgiveness for the scholar, and the superiority of the scholar over the worshipper is like the superiority of the full moon at night over the rest of the stars. Verily the scholars are the heirs to the Prophets. Verily, the Prophets did not bequeath deenars or dirhams. All they left behind was knowledge, so whoever takes it, has indeed acquired a huge fortune."Al-Musnad, 5/196. Also related by Aboo Daawood, 3/317; at-Tirmidhee 5/49; Ibn Maajah 1/81, ad-Daarimee, 1/98 and ibn Hibbaan, 1/152 (al-Ihsaan). It was declared saheeh by a-Albaanee; see Saheeh al-Jaami 5/302.
You will need to purchase land. Have an architect that has knowledge of institutional buildings to provide u with a school building model/blue prints. Get it constructed. Meanwhile you will need to hire teachers. The type of applicants u get will mainly depend on the salary package. You will need to hire people other than just teachers. You will also need board approval from the board or dept of education so that the students can take the nationwide or a/o level exams.
That's as much as I know hopefully people here can provide greater insight. But it will be better help if you let us know if this is a public or private school. Also if someone is helping because this will be difficult for just one person to handle. Also what grades will u be catering to?
I would always be open to suggestions and positive critisism. Initially i would be more focused on developing the core values of the school and the faculty. I want it to become the "best" school in Pakistan. I wouldn't want my students to come in the morning, "study" and go to tuitions in the evenings. Home tuitions would be banned ! If my students are going home and getting tutors to teach them , its not their fault, itsprimarily my fault and then the teachers.
After the establishment, I would endeavor to associate my school with NGOs and 3rd parties to help facilitate in administration and development of the school.

What is your defination of an "A reportcard"? How about you answer the above 4 questions yourself first?
I wouldn't want to answer the questions myself yet. The reason is that i donot want to give a prejudice to this thread. I wamt an open opinion or debate and not a tunnel visioned approach which often leads to mismanagement.
