No it is not true . These were captured by Maharaja Ranjeet Sing around 1820 . Since than it was a part of Punjab . More intersting there was no state , country or province with the name of Baluchistan any time in history . Province Baluchistan was first time created by a Martial law order in 1970 .
Our intermediate pass intellectual can do any thing any time .

Gwadar was with Oman, and there was Kalat state. What about other parts of Balochistan before one unit?
