To woh nakhrati andaaz mein boli: Ay hay! yeh bhi koi pochnay ki baat hay, mein to hr season mein New Jersey (sweater) khared ti hoon

Yaar, zara translate kar lo, my urdu is pretty bad. I got this:

Some girls are always very fond of (something) . They may not know about a certain subject, yet they will bother (you about it? ) I asked my co-worker “Have you ever thought of visiting (seeing?) New Jersey?”

She answered in (some manner): “Is this something to be asked? I always buy a new jersey (as in sweater)”

Oh I kinda get it now. But translation with those certain words would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
