Why not have a new forum called ‘Gaali-Galauj’ for some members who start abusing other guppies just because they lost the argument or dont want to have a decent discussion. These few members will really feel at home there.
If admins still dont have an Idea, please pay a visit to Shor Sharaba and general and look at the locked threads.

Locked threads na, so mods did see them and removed them. Abhi sab ko tau ham tehzeeb nahiN sikha sakte, gali galoch will never be accepted at GS. We just need to take care of it on a case to case basis.

Asif- I am shocked at your complaint. One only has to go through Kashmir Affairs to find out how deliberately you engage other members in trading insults. Try to reform a bit before you raise this issue..
Outlaw ji - I dont take sh!t from anyone, Show me one thread where I start it. I am a frequent visitor of Kashmir affairs and very aware of your favoritism there.
And Btw - I am not complaining here, because If I wanted to, I would have reported those posts to admin and those members would have either got a warning or have been banned by now. I wanted those posts to be there because it shows where they come from. I am just amazed to see how a moderator can defend that kind of action.
Outlaw ji - I just read your comments on Kashmir forum where you edited my post and posted a comment ‘No personal insult’ or something.
I tried to remember what did I post there and I remembered that I had posted just couple of laughing smileys. Now that proves what goes on there in Kashmir forum and how you favor some self proclaimed great guppies who abuse Indians at every given opportunity.
Also - Please have a look at your own post on Funguy’s thread in General.

Asif, I am just stating the facts, and the way I have observed your behaviour, especially in Kashmir Affairs. If there are other members who indulge in casting slurs; you are also no arcangel. Therefore, to me it seems quite hypocritical of you to raise this issue in such a manner. Sending your concerns to Admin regarding the abusive lingo is one thing, but how can you justify it when you have less than faultless record. My personal advice again is to make sure you come clean from your end, so the point you are trying to get across seems credible enough..
Outlaw - If you are stating the facts and observed that I was casting slurs at other members then how come I didn't get a single mesg from you ? Not once my post was edited because of Abusive language ?If you found that I was abusing other members then as moderator what did you do ?? Just sat and watched ?? Ohh I remember you edited my post in which I had posted some Smileys, while on the same forum you thought it was okay for a Paki member to call another member a 'Clown' and it must have been a very respectable term for you.

It's quite funny that off all the mods/admins, this suggestion comes from you, because you are one of the few biased mods on this forum. Ever Heard about 'CHARITY BEGINS AT HOME' ?? Instead of whining try practising what you just preached.

Asif- Your posts have been deleted numerous times for exchanging personal insults. It's all about the attitude, and it's not just my personal observation; but many on this forum will agree with what I have mentioned. Therefore, I don't find your argument to be remotely credible until you are willing to reform. That's the end of it.

We work hard to make sure that none of this happens. But, if does, then the rules of this board apply equally to everyone. Blaming others for everything gone wrong is somewhat of an excuse. Just make sure that you behave appropriately as required, and we will do our part in tackling abusive behaviour.

Just to remind you if you didn't know, that I am a member of this board first and then a moderator. My stern loyalty to my country and ideologies is well known on this forum, and it’s something I make no secret of. I am as free to express my views as any other member; and if it is deemed as biasness; well then tough luck. It’s something you have to live with.
Ok Asif, you've got your answer in some detail which outlaw was under no obligation to provide but hopefully any misconceptions have been cleared up. If you have any further questions feel free to contact any moderator directly by pm or e-mail. If you don't get a satisfactory response then feel free to take it up with Admin who will take it up from there.
What I will add here is that this is not a World BB and has never made any pretence to be one. Gupshup is primarily a Pakistani forum and hopefully most of our non-Pakistani members realise that and will accept that the Mods are understandably predominantly Pakistani with one or two notable and welcome exceptions :)
