Re: New.. Everyday!

toffee make filled naans ...

you bake them in the oven and that way you arent even using oil. the recipe is simple, make naan dough. Just like how we make a paratha similar to that fill it with any dry salan or keema or even vegetables and seal the corners using a fork.. an then put it in the oven on medium heat, wait for one side to be done, then the other .. and it should be done...
when you tke the naan out of the oven ,just put slight butter on it so it has a shiny look...

your hubby will love this ... they are like patties !

Re: New.. Everyday!

I guess most ideas are already listed by others. Some easy ones I was thinking

dahi boondi
bhel puri
club/potato/chicken sandwiches
fish fingers
chicken nuggets(leave it if you're a beginer)

Re: New.. Everyday!

Stir fry some vegetables in half a teaspoon oil, sprinkle some salt and black pepper ..shred some chicken finely after boiling it or stirfrying it with garlic ...

make a maida dough and roll out a very very thin roti ... add the above made mix onto the roti and rol it ... then put it in the oven and keep changing sides so it gets cooked properly ... a thin vege roll will come out ...

Again this is an almost oil free recipe ...
