Was the complainant talking in English? Must be from some jungles of UK if UK has any jungle...
No offense but they have really ruined the English accent. It appeared as if the guy is given an electric shock while he is talking... his voice is breaking due to the electric shock or so... Similarly in old CD players, when car went over a bump, voice used to break...
American accent is the cleanest, clearest and the softest.
