New baby birth certificate/registration Rawalpindi

We just moved to bahria town rawalpindi few months ago and we had a baby girl 15 January in Hearts international hospital. Could someone please tell me where i should be going for her registration/birth certificate?

you need to local UNION Council office......take the

-baby's birth certificate from hospital
-baby's father's ID Card n copy

i am in lahore..but i think bahria town officials will know you can ask them...
