no karahi , fry, or makhni chicken . something new.

very easy and quick , my own recepie :) ,u can try it .. put some oil , one medium onion chopped , garlic & ginger paste , 1 chicken , black pepper & salt in a pan and cover it . when chicken is half cooked , add some soya sauce , vinegar , little bit chilli sauce if u want , chinese salt and cover it . u can add a little water if u want a little gravy . In end place a peice of coal to smoke the chicken . before serving u can garnish it with green chillies , green onion or coriander . i call this recepie " smoke chicken "

Tava Chicken is marinated chicken breasts.. that are cooked on a "tava" with a little ghee..
