what u did was right click in your inbox, and selected "save target/link as" .. (from your hotmail inbox) ..
this what u need to do..
open up the mail, CLICK on the pic.. ONCE the pic is there and u can c it, only THEN save it and upload it on our gupshup server..
i am gonna take off the pic from your original post as it may give others access to your hotmail..
