Never Ending War

:salam2:

Just thinking when a customer argue with one who is sitting behind the desk on an issue. It seems like both are trying win over each others. The customer shower his/her questions with why this and why that, whereas the one who is sitting behind the desk try to press down the customer with rules, regulations and/or policies. So the issue become, issue of egoism.

I think many of us experienced such circumstances where we usually rate ourselves as ‘un-happy customer’ or label them as ‘bad management’ etc., I wonder will ever that going to change into something like that the customer and the one who is sitting behind happily greet each others, give/take documents and do the job in best interest of all? What kind of these rules/regulations/policies are which differentiate one from another?

Just thinking :hmmm:
