If there is a spinal doctor I have a question"
A patient has a lower back pain and right leg pain. In MRI of spinal they say that she has neurofibromatosis tumor in lower spine which is compressing the nerve.
Is it safe to do lower back exercise for pain management??
What are some of the home remedies for pain reduction in this case??
Electric massage belt can be used or not.

dont you think her diagnosis is serious enough to be discussed with a proper specialist directly rather than an online forum ?

I think they will probably advice for an operation. If the doctors do, the patient should follow this. Nerve compression can cause horrible pain, usually in such cases doctor prescribed pain killers work well, home remedies would not be enough,m same for exercise.

Now after doing some exercises, which the patient learned from internet for sciatic nerve, no more pain. Now stop all medicine expect neurobion. Patient visit other spinal doctor, he says that sometime no pain is more dangerous. He say he will do the microscopic surgery for the herniated disc, and no surgery needed for neurofibromatosis tumor as it is very small.
Patient came back home and decided not to go for any surgery as no pain is there.
If there is any spinal doctor in this form please advice what to do. Waiting for reply.
