Neuclear Weapons, Islamic or Anti Islamic?

I posted this question on another thread, but unfortunately no one came ahead with a answer.

Are nuclear weapons even permitted Islamically?.

Because in times of war Islam clearly states that non-combatants, children, women, monks, cattle, trees and probably a whole host of other things CANNOT be destroyed.

Plz share ur thoughts.

I m extremely sorry brother that I could not make U understand my question.

I m asking whether they are permissible Islamically? Not according to someone's cynicism. Plz give me the Islamic ruling which permits them, If U know any.

islamically and ethically WMD aren't allowed to use in wars.

Yes! Ideally not but if someone drops an atomic bomb on you, then what will you do??? There is no option left for you except to use it on him as well. But you should not be the first to use.

Well, Islamic ruling is simple... Warfare should be of the highest quality. As a Muslim we have to study and dig deep and come up with the best available technical and strategic solutions and ideas... So here's ur answer.

But then, we are strictly forbidden to use our military might on the civilians/unarmed/old. So here's ur answer again.
