It doesn't mean,"Don't pray the rest 4". It says fair maybe because fajr is the toughest to pray as you have to wake up from sleep for that.

I thought ke 'Asr' is the toughest prayer as well as 'Isha', not Fajr.

Mera khyal hy jagty huey namaz parhna is quite easy than rat ki neend se uth k namaz parhna? Tu subah ki bedari k liye mera khyal hy yeh addition hy, wAllahu alam if you have any opinion share with us.
