Does anybody have really bad neighbours that you simply cannot handle? What do you do in these situations?
please elaborate.:)
When I was younger my family used to live next door to a house full of students who played loud music till the early hours of the morning, the police were always being called out by residents in the street but nothing much happened.

Our neighbours have 3 dogs and 2 cats. The cats always poo in our yard. That isn't the problem though .... since that just gets thrown back onto their front lawn.
They keep the dogs tied up outside all night long!! One of them, the loud one, is a tiny little mut like the dog from Frasier. Last night, my gosh ..... it was growling and howling the ENTIRE NIGHT! At one point, I think it got into a fight with a racoon. The woman from behind our house came outside and started screaming at our neighbour to bring the dog into her house cause it kept waking the baby up.
It isn't the dogs fault. It just wanted to go inside which is why it was howling. The owners don't seem to care though!
I've reported them before for this a few years ago. They were fined $50.00 but it seems they are doing it again!
We have really great neighbours Alhamdullah. Clean, there kids are not everywhere like crazy animals, none have pets, neighbour great and all :k:. Most are Muslims also
previous neighbours in Jhb - wonderful gora Afrikaaner couple who used to look after me when my parents were away. They were so amazing, used to do so much for us and we still keep in touch with them.
currently where my parents live - lots of Muslims, which is nice for my mum so she has friends in the neighbourhood, but too many noisy kids.
right now, in dorms, my neighbours play such loud music and make so much blerry noise, i can never study in peace.
you’ve been living there for years and you’re still not used to their dog’s noise? 
Back in Pak our neighbor auntie used to get all angry and mad whenever me and my dozen friends played outside in the evening..she always claimed that she got a severe headache coz of all the noise…she’d literally gather up her garbage and throw on us from her balcony…:p…ahhh the evil woman never succeeded in her plans…!! 
well her hubby was nice…we used to call him “akhrot uncle” secretly coz he was bald and had a round face…

They just got this dog. Looks can be so deceiving. It so small and cute .... exactly like the dog in Frasier .... but my gosh is it ever loud.
our neighbours are nice , i think .....:)
the only thing that annoys me is they throw evry unwanted stuff in our backyard :)
well, we have aweful neighbors on the immediate right side of our house. they don't mow their lawn 'til it's waaaaay overgrown and they have been told by our nice development residents to please maintain their lawn frequently to complement the rest of the houses.
indians...what do you expect...ticks me off!

other people in same buliding are very nice and friendly !
You can buy a good house but Not neighbors and if you have some nice neighbors then you are lucky :-)

I have neighbours who have a dog,and its so weird looking,and it barks all night.
Ever heard of drive by shooting.
My neighbour upstairs... She is a college student who has nothing better to do but make my life miserable with her weekly wild parties... Once I had to take an exam the next day and she had a party going on upstairs, and when I knocked at her door to ask her to keep it down(dressed up in my sleeping gear), the idiot had the nerve to ask me to join her stupid party! The best solution to such a neighbour is to call the cops, so that they fine them!
