I think the apartment next to mine just got a television or stereo system or something! last night I could hear really loud rock music in my room but after a bit it went away, so I assumed someone was having a party or something. But now I can hear tv! And I think I share a wall with the room of the otehr apartment and I cant take it! 
I hate noise!
But I am really really bad at telling ppl to quiet it down, I mean wha if they dont any place else to put their tv? 
and I dont know them at all :-/
I think they are watching some kinda manly fighting wali movie :-/ I could prolly sit in my closet and listen to the whole movie

lolz, well passionate first of all talk to them, maybe they have no idea that u can hear their tv and is bothering u. If they still dont decrease the volume or find another place for it then knock on the wall (whenever u hear the tv) and ask them to keep it down, sometimes u have to take a stand u know.
p.s: i m sure they have another place to put it, hopefully u will be able to talk to um.
p.s 2: and if none of those options work then enjoy the movies with um, get popcorns and a softdrink :)

I am waiting for my roommie to come home. If its still this loud, i’ll take her with me and tell em to do something with their tv
