Lately we’ve been hearing promises of implementation of the Islamic shariyyah in Pakistan. What is the Shariyyah and what does Koran say about the system of government? Does the Koran allow people to implement ethics? What is the difference between a Had and a Gunah ?
This is a first time someone has brought up this concept of shariyya. Way to go Pagal Insaan! :k:
i am acutally glad someone baught up this topic.....
i dont know why are we fighting against shariah being implemented in pakistan... isnt it what we want.. as we are muslims.

And yeah now it really assures me that we are not really a majority muslim population.

And yeah if shriah is implemented then it must be the true shraih, not man made.... otherwise dont do it at alll**
Dear Cheebu:
What is Shariyyah? How and where does the Koran order it to be implemented?
Is there any historical example of implementation of the Shariyyah in a country or state?
Can ethics be implemented through legislative force, and if yes, why does the koran oppose it?
What makes you say that we are not a muslim population when the majority of us callourselves muslims?
If a muslim society means a society free from sin, has there been any muslim society in existence in the 14 centuries of Islam and before it?
The koran explicitly mentions the punishments for crimes, but does not mention any punishment for sins. Does that mean sins can not be punished by the government? If yes, then what is the implementation of the Shariyyah?
Emotional sentences work when you have to get votes in the name of religion, I am looking for logicalanalysis. Can you help?
