pal, almost any plant part carries antioxidants of some sort or the other, especially darker colored parts - from baigans to berries. no big connection there between olives and grapes.

dnt know what neem is called in english but it is also used to lower blood sugar levels, my mums a diabetic n she boils the leaves n drinks the kavah twice a day n shes doin just fine without any insulin or tablet form treatment
