There's NOTHING about her since like 2006. Apparently she tried doing some movie in 2006, but it fell through, then no appearance on shows or anything. A lot of the older actresses come out on TV shows and talk shows or at least show their face around, even if they're not acting in movies. She just totally went MIA.

Is she dead or something??

Someone posted on wiki answers (just google Actress Neeli and open second item) that she is Hyderabad. I would suggest check that answer at your own risk.

The other day she was on geo singing some song. She is now old, in her 50s so looks quite different.

^ Me too. She was such a decent lady. As per some reports her role in movie 'Jo Dar Gaya wo mar gaya' created controversies and destroyed her image. I didn't watch that movie.

Whenever i see her she reminds me of a joke based on her by Umar shareef i guess?! " Aik din Neeli apni neeli ankhein ghar bhool ai" LOL dont even know if she had blue-ish eyes..

i think her real name was neelofar.....and she used to wear blue contacts.....i dont think she always wore blue contacts but for some time she did thus she had the nick name neeli.

Hehe I seee!! I never ever watched her films so didnt get to see her closely..i believe she never came on any sort of talk shows unlike other lollywood celebs.

She was a good actress and was on her peak right between the ages of "Anjuman" and "Reema"....I think there was quite a tussle between her and Reema at one time!
