Okay, I am trying to lose at least 9 pounds by my wedding day, December 30th. I’m gonna go for doing about 2hours a day on the treadmill, and I’ve been eating mostly soup?
Does this sound good?
Any tips? I want to be at my best weight for my new husband on my wedding day and look really pretty for him!
Please, please share any advice or ideas you’ve got, I’m at the end of my rope here!

Allah hafiz,

eat veggie and fruit
Do aerobics,running,crunching
^ haha
he is right..9 pounds is not a whole lot..if ur really skinny then it might show..but if ur average/chubby then it wont make much difference...
drink green tea in mornings..and perhaps..do a bit of 'walking'
drink a ton of water.. it really really helps flush the toxins out of your system and the fat, and your skin will glow!
also do weights and when you're on the treadmill, 45 minutes should be enough- two hours is excessive.
really work yourself hard for the 45 minutes though - vary the speed and the intensity and incline of the treadmill throughout your workout- thats proven to be the best way to lose weight fast. so you'd do 10 minutes of say, an uphill walk, and 5 minutes of super fast running, and then back to 10 minutes of your uphill walk, etc.
don't forget to drink lots of water, eat something small before working out, and then eat something high protein immediately after (within 1/2 an hour of finishing your workout). your body needs to build muscle to eat the fat. this is especially important since you're living off soup.

Thanks, I'll try it and see what happens! I already spent 1hour on the treadmill this morning, I'm just watching what I eat for the rest of the day. I may try 20minutes more of treadmill in the evening, only because I didn't vary the the incline very much.
While you're in the process of losing weight, please make sure that you don't damage your health especially since your wedding is around the corner. Do not deprive yourself of healthy food so that you don't get weak. Shaadi season is mentally and physically very exhausting and you want to be in good shape to enjoy it to the fullest.
I was also gonna say you can't lose 9lbs in 10 days.
Instead concentrate on looking your best even if you think
you have 9 extra pounds on you. If you worry too much
then it'll end up showing on your face. Remember when you
are happy and relaxed inside it'll make you look good on the outside.
It's easier said than done but just try to take it easy. Hope you enjoy your wedding. :)
its sweet that you want to look good for him but like everyone else said you can’t do 9 pounds in 10 days…you need to burn 3500 calories in order to lose 1 pound
exercise is a good idea, but excessive exercise just like anything else is not healthy
a soup diet is bad for you b/c you’re not getting enough nutrients and the second you resume your normal eating its gonna jump right back on
:hinna: i hate weight…i’d love to be at least 10 pounds lighter too
