I have made puri lots of times but it only comes great sometimes. Does anybody have a really good recipe that comes out great each time. I have tried putting yogurt, ajwain, bleached flour with atta, just atta, baking sodA…
But I don’t have a perfect recipe.
Part of problem is I do t measure the flour or atta.
I take half maida n half ata,wid salt,zeera,baking powder..nead well leave for a while,deep fry puris n wid the help of ladle (tip)push puri lill downwards in the pan they will comeup popping like a ballon..puri should be thin, i do this n it works....
