Need to make a poster for a science fair

Hello dear artists, photographers, creative minds…pals,

My daughter is participating in a science fair and needs to put together a display board describing her project. For this, I plan to get a trifold poster board and some card stock to print separate sections, good glue, etc…

I want to make the separate pieces stand out…3D…so I was thinking of mounting them on foam board. For those of you who done these before, any other items I should purchase? Any other ideas to make her board snazzy and cool?

I can make a pretty awesome poster if you describe to me how you want it on the board and what is the science fair about?

She still has to decide what her experiment is on. We should have a final decision next week. She’s a 3rd grader.

Let me outline the basic requirements later tonite. Thank you people! :hugz:

So there are 4 categories:
1. Experiment
2. Demonstration
3. Collection
4. Invention

My daughter is leaning towards demonstrating a fact or principle. She will build a model and put up a poster to describe what she is demonstrating, etc.

So the help I need from you all is how to make an outstanding display that is clear and attractive....mostly in terms of displays styles and materials.

^ Do you want more than 1 poster? or just only 1 poster explaining her project?

Just one. This will be a tri-fold type thingie to be put up on a table.
