My graduation party is in two weeks and I’ve been consistently dieting for the past few months to lose weight. I know that if you lose weight slowly it stays off for a longer time but now I only have two weeks left and I would really like to lose some weight fast. I’m 5’3 and I weight 120lbs. I eat around 1300-1400 or less calories a day and I try to work out 5 times a week. What could I do lose those last few stubborn pounds that I can’t seem to get rid of?
