I would like to join you as well but i'm starting this challenge with a loss since I ate the most delicious, fried, spicy chicken ever which I haven't eaten in months but the penalty of doing that i'll see in a few days with a 2 or 3 pound gain so it would be 12 pounds i would need to lose.

I'm still up for the challenge.

emotional eating is a nono but i did it when my boss got us pizza for a celebration lunch....after today i'm eating healthy again.

I ate grapes, apple pieces, banana pieces and a plum in a big container for breakfast and lunch at work since i had an appt at 1pm

lol! I am so bad at this!

Breakfast: Peach, Fresh Cantaloupe juice (blended with coconut water & ice)
Snack: Cucumbers, tangerine, carrots
Lunch: 2 Rotis, three tiny chapli kabab, keema aalo salan, cucumber, grapes, coconut water
Snack: little bit of Punjabi hot mix, blueberry bread
Dinner: Black bean enchiladas, guacamole and tortilla chips
Snack: Grapefruit

This is definitely going to work. I don’t see any problem why you won’t gain 10 pounds in a month. You go girl.

Breakfast: 100% Whole Grain toast, natural chunky peanut butter, half a banana
Snack: Cucumbers, orange
Snack: 100% Whole Grain toast, natural chunky peanut butter, half a banana
Snack: Chips and Guacamole
Lunch: 2 eggs, 2 100% Whole Grain toasts
Snack: Honey Greek Yogurt, Grapefruit
Dinner: Veggie patty
Snack: Tall Iced Caramel Macchiato

Exercise: 1 hour of weight lifting class

Yippee!!

Breakfast: waffle with a tiny bit of peanut butter spread on top
snack: fruit salad with bananas, grapes, apple pieces
lunch: hot and sour soup with mixed veges added in and egg with pieces of boneless chicken
dinner: vegetable salad with boiled egg, lettuce, tomatoes, onion, spinach, kale, chard and a tiny bit of ranch dressing(have to have it!!)
exercised for 1 hour on the elliptical and lost 800 calories

Hopefully that's healthy food....and I hope I can keep going with the exercise tomorrow.

breakfast: same as yesterday( It's a habit)
snack: goldfish crackers
lunch:unfortunately I ate the waffle with little peanut butter smeared on top with cocoa powder in 2% milk(i'm trying to give up coffee forever and this is my substitute)
dinner: healthy salad with chicken pieces

didn't have time for exercise at all today unfortunately because I have big important meeting tomorrow at 7:30am sharp and I have to wake up really early.

the cantaloupe juice with blended coconut water and ice sounds really good. do you just grind coconut bits and squeeze out the water or something? let me know i want to really try it and what are the benefits?

You can buy 100% coconut water from the store, it comes in cans and cartons

Breakfast: 1 Egg, Mushroom with little bit of cheese
Snack: Cantaloupe
Lunch: Salad with sesame dressing, half a tuna salad sandwich
Snack: 3 Plums
Dinner: 2 frozen tandoori rotis with aaloo palak, half a slice of pizza
Snack: Cereal with milk

Gonna check my weight tomorrow.

I was a 132 and the last time I checked i was 128 and then back up to 130 pounds. need to find time to do the elliptical everyday for atleast a little while.
