Okay so I’ve got only a few months to go, but here is my delima, I’m kind of chubby, mostly from my cheeks The thing is, if I exercise a lot or diet then I loose weight all over and I don’t look good, cause then I loose my bootie and everything else with it. I just want to loose weight from my cheeks Help please
Also I want my skin to glow, I’m going to Pakistan in about a few weeks, so there obviously a difference in environment in Canada and Pakistan, so what should I do for my skin while in Pakistan, here I just use a simple clean and clear face wash, sometimes use those in shower facial stuff and a simple toner and cleanser. I don’t use expensive products, although my sisters tho so I steal their stuff lol. What do you the gupies living in Pakistan suggest for people with skin with Combination type. My T zone is oil, but everything else is dry, also I suffer from Blackheads and in growns.
Hair-- My hair is straight, but thick so I use a straightener to make it look decent and manageable, but in Pakistan, my hair seems to get really weird. It feels light and just weird and nasty, kind of frizzy as well. It doesn’t look smooth and pretty. My worst hair day in Canada is probably my best hair day in pakistan lol and my wedding is in MAY, so i’ll be there till july! I need hair help as well.. I use the John Freda Anti-Frizz serum, and the John Freda shampoo and Conditioner, the Brillant Brunette one.
So I need help in these areas
-Skin
-Cheeks
-Hair
Ingrown
-Black Heads
basically how do you deal with weather in Pakistan and the water etc.
Ok I can't tell you anything about weight loss. But for skin... i can tell you this.. they have amazing facials in Pakistan at good salons. Results are amazing. Even when you are tired and exhausted from all the shopping, you'll be surprised to see the results after the facials. They have all kinds from glow facials to herbal .. etc..
My wedding was in May too. Its exteremely hot there. Get facials on regular basis. It does wonders. That should also take care of black heads/white heads.
As far as hair goes. I have extremely thick curly hair. I used straightner too. Of course the humidity over there is way too much which makes hair frizzy. Just straighten your hair well and apply some kind of anti-frizz serum. You'll have to probably wash your hair everyday or every other day.
Re: Need to loose weight for Wedding and make skin glow
^ unfortunately there is no way for spot reduction....meaning to loose your cheek fat you will have to loose overall weight with which other things may loose too :P lol. Thats how it is but some people r lucky they just loose at the rite places.
Re: Need to loose weight for Wedding and make skin glow
Your chhubby cheeks have a lot to do with your genes, you can not reduce them. As mehem s has said, either you loose weight from whole of the body or dont at all.
Re: Need to loose weight for Wedding and make skin glow
For clear skin, always always drink hot water and lemon first thing in the morning before you have breakfast.
You will notice a difference in about a week.
Chubby cheeks? Can't help you there hun, but like someone said beforehand when you lose weight you lose it from all over. Usually, the order of weight loss is face, arms, stomach and then thighs/hips.
Have a light exercise regime ready and do some yoga as well. Does wonders for your skin and keeps your body supple.
Re: Need to loose weight for Wedding and make skin glow
Thanx guys, I'm not exactly on a diet, just staying clear or ice cream and chocolates, which makes it even harder. I've started to have green tea, and I also got this Chinese Weight Loose tea, hasn't worked yet. And I'm gonna try to do a little bit of exercise. If I don't loose weight like this, I'll just go to Pakistan and have Student Biryani a few times, that should do the trick lol hehehehhe e
Re: Need to loose weight for Wedding and make skin glow
If you want to lose weight and still maintain a nice bootie you should try Pilates. It’s designed to help specifically in that area, and has become quite the craze in North America. As for weight loss tea I’m a little skeptical. I doubt it would work unless it is green tea in which case the short term results are marginal. In either case there are weight loss pills that offer higher concentrations of green tea extract, although I wouldn’t depend on it. At the end of the day it’s all about good old fashioned exercise.
Re: Need to loose weight for Wedding and make skin glow
There is no such things as spot reduction. Don't look for miracles. It's simple math, calories in Vs calories out. A deficit of 3500 calories means you lose 1 pound, a excess of 3500 calories means you gain 1 pound.
